To help Party City celebrate Halloween during the pandemic, Party City enlisted the help of Aardvark to design, fabricate, and manage the mobile tour. The tour was a mix between a glass truck, mobile billboard, and an interactive experiential event. It traveled from city to city across Las Vegas, bringing the joy of Halloween to communities during a difficult time.
Aardvark provided Party City with a professional driver and tour manager who helped figure out the logistics of the tour, handled all the taxes and permits that were needed, and delivered the custom truck to each stop on time and safely.
Aardvark was happy to help Party City bring the Halloween spirit to the people of Las Vegas. The tour was a huge success, and it helped to bring some much-needed joy to people during a difficult time.
LinkedIn wanted to help job seekers while also boosting their visibility. Their agency, Manifold turned to Aardvark, the mobile tour experts, to conceive their #PictureOpportunity Tour.
Aardvark was commissioned to not only build the mobile photo studio, but also provide the driver, tour manager, and program manager. The custom glass truck traveled to key markets and college campuses, conducting 24 events across 14 cities. Hundreds of excited job seekers lined up for free professional headshots, as well as in-depth consultations for their profiles.
The event was a big hit, and there were many days of the mobile tour that went overtime due to massive amounts of visitors standing in line. Aardvark’s driver, tour manager, and program manager worked behind the scenes to allow the LinkedIn team to focus on the events, engaging consumers and showcasing their product offerings.

Aspen Dental wanted to create a massive undertaking, a mobile tour that would bring free dental care to veterans across the country. Their agency, Crispin Porter Bogusky, knew Aardvark, the mobile tour experts, would be able to handle everything they needed.
Aardvark fabricated a truck that moved everything from a regular brick-and-mortar dental office into a truck. Once the truck was complete, Aspen Dental decided they didn’t want the hassle of registering, titling, and insurance. Aardvark simply leased it back from them and took care of everything, including $25 million of insurance. They also provided an experienced CDL driver, plus DOT, fleet management, and logistical support.
With the help of Aardvark’s mobile tour team, this program has been incredibly successful and is now in its fourth year and still going strong.
